Anas doesn't sound Lithuanian (for its ending -as, -ys would be more fluent) if it is (proper) substantive, but there is pronoun "anas" which means "other", but likehood that pronoun could be surname is very low. It's the same as "Johan He" or "Sarah She", or "Jack Other/Another"

On the other hand, the sourname could be of non Lithuanian origin...
