But one simple question, who destroyed old village cemetery on gravel hill: Moscow or head of "Kalinin" or "Lenin's way" kolkhoz?

One simple counter question - who appointed that head of kolkhoz? Moscow, or Lithuanian State? And for which qualities?
Who ordred the music? Who is responsible for Nazi crimes - men carrying orders in Auschwitz, or people in Berlin that masterminded it?
