In order to understand, what he in fact conceded you must pay attention, that this concession is dated to January 30, 1384, while on July 9, 1384 Vytautas burned down three Teutonic castles and returned to Lithuania, denouncing all his cocessions... So you are right - he did not concede much.  


"denouncing all his concessions" - but Vytautas's signed papers left to Order...

But theoretically the cocession was about the following territory:
 

Was the border in northeast so close to castle of Dunaburg?
By the way, it is brave step from professional historian to admit existence of Wildnis.
