we're already becoming part of a bigger European identity - our children will identify themselves stronger with the latter. What about these women getting married more and more with men from all over, quite often with muslim men?

That's probably to get closer to the 'bigger European identity'?

Their children might come back to live in the motherland, speak perfect Lithuanian and be practising muslims? How would they fit into this purely black'n'white vision?

They would perfectly fit. Religious identity doesn't bother me. The Lithuanians may by Catholics, Lutherans, Calvinists, Orthodox, Muslims, Heathens, Hinduists etc. etc.
