I need more on the source of this quotation from Peteraitis: Die Ortsnamen von Kleinlitauen und Twangste (on Tomas' Kleinlitauen site)
It's about the Bolshewiks claiming East-Prussia as old Slavic Land. What is the exact name of the encyclopedia? Did it express the "official" view under Stalin? What time is meant by "Vorbaltikum" (pre-Baltic age)?
Thanks
Lutz Szemkus

I think this view is somehow related with ethymology of the name "prussia" itself
