I think this topic has nothing to do with history as such, this has more to do with psychiatry or psychology. I'd suggest to leave incognito alone, any efforts to engage in discussion with him are pointless and just feeds his activity. 

I must agree with that.
His hysteria does annoy though. Its like having a psycho sectarian fanatic in your auditorium: you know you shouldn't pay attention to his screams, but nevertheless... 

... when no arguments what's left? Diagnostics from a distance....
