Adam Mickiewicz becomes Adomas Mickevičius in English. Mikołaj Radziwiłł - Sierotka (Радзивилл - Сиротка) becomes Radvila Našlaitėlis (Радвилa Нашлайтелис) in Russian etc.
Many Lithuanians are brainwashed and imagine that Grand Princedom of Lithuania was Lithuanian in modern sense. And "professionals" are helping this myth to survive... 


так это что Баранаускас или Гудавичус так понаписали?
every language has its own rules of writing foreign names Иван Грозный - Ivan the Terrible etc.
like at yours russin Gaius Julius - somwhat becomes Гaй Юлий а Gaius Petronius - becomes - Гaй Петроний??
