p.s. "Птичие" имена пушек - не редкость. В Москве имелись пушки "Павлин", "Кречет", "Соловей". 


Не знал, спасибо. Это слегка меняет дело. Надо бы при случае поинтересоваться, бывали ли "птичьи" имена у пушек в Зап. Европе.
