Nonsence. To much derivation and too much fantasies. Yes, names Kargaudas, Kaributas, Karigailas, Karijotas are old, reconstructed pagan times Lithuanian names. Names: Kargas, Karibas, Karigas, Karijus are modern Lithuanian names... Not the same time, there is no continuity. 

Incognito, you must read Daiva Sinkevičiūtė book "Lietuvių dvikamienių asmenvardžių trumpiniai ir jų kilmės pavardės" (Vilnius, VU leidykla, 2006, 315 p.) (Translation of name: "Short forms of Lithuanian two roots names and surnames derivered from them").
