Are you both trying to explain to us that your passionate Anti-Lituanism comes from your mothers' origin?
Bullshit. The logic you provide simply represent the way you thinking, it is causal attribution, the fault. Probably your mother isn't Lithuanian... I am Lithuanian and I simply cann't be anti-Lithuanian. Your post shows that you know nothing about Mickiewicz. You even not read Lithuanian scientist studies. Even in soviet times no one claimed that Mickiewicz was Lithuanian. Thus it is even less chance that you read Czesław Miłosz... Here is a scan from Vytautas Kubilius (one of the most prominent Lithuanian literaturologists btw. he is father of current prime minister of Lithuania). Adomas Mickevičius: poetas ir Lietuva - Vilnius: Lietuvos rašytojų sąjungos leidykla, 1998. ISBN 9986-39-082-6. P.49 The problem is that in parallel Lithuanian texts Polishness of Mickiewicz is ommited...
