Yes, the emigration is a problem in Lithuania, but the article's title is translated not accurate. On the other hand it is quite usual practise - it's better adapt title to local understandment. "Lietuviai visais laikais traukė ten, kur geriau" should be translated as "Lithuanians were always attracted to places where is better". Anyway, I think majority of emigrants will return, I think.
