TRANELIS is a rare Lithuanian surname in Germany.

Does it literally mean little "male" bee / drone with ELIS being an endearing diminutive suffix?

Do you associate this with "male bee" specifically or is it just "small bee" and the same as BITELIS or BIC`´ELIS?

Does TRANAS figuratively also mean "lazybones" and could TRANELIS have that same negative sense as well?
